Started in IT/HelpDesk, worked at the Apple Store, went back for a CS degree, got into mobile app development at a small company, then returned to IT/DevOps as the org grew (from 3 to 40+ folks).
As a dept. of one there's a wide range of tasks including DevOps, IT/HelpDesk, AV, and software development.
